Swim Meet Entry

TCC Swim Team Meet Entry Procedure

Effective November 1, 2010, the Direct Athletics website will not be available for team electronic entry.  The new team meet entry procedure will be as follows:

  1. Check the green box on the home page of the tccswim.org website for upcoming meets and TCC’s meet entry deadline (this deadline will be 1 to 2 weeks PRIOR to the entry deadline posted on the meet form).
  2. For the meets you would like to enter, pick-up a hard copy of the meet form in the swim office or download and print a hard copy off the upcoming meets page of  the socalswim.org website.
  3. Print your swimmer’s name at the top of the events page of the meet form and highlight or circle the events you want to enter.  Do not include entry times.
  4. Calculate the meet entry fees due for the meet (fees are posted on the rules page of the meet form) and attach a check in that amount to the form.
  5. Drop-off the filled out meet form and attached check in the designated box in the swim office prior to TCC’s entry deadline.
