Posted on July 21st, 2011For the 2011-2012 Swim Season, we are going to make some changes in our booster fee and fundraising efforts. These changes are geared towards the budgetary needs of both our families and our swim team. There will be two equal installments due October 1st and December 1st. The total amount due for each swimmer will include your booster fee, fall fundraiser, escrow administration fee, and snack bar fees. This amount will cover your entire booster fees for the year, exclusive of the meet spring fundraising fee and the USA Swimming registration fee. This total is comparable to what has been paid in the past, however, by totaling most of the costs for the year, and splitting the payments into two installments, we hope to help families better plan. This new policy has been recommended by our parent booster board and we hope it will be supported by everyone.
